Quick Bites PURE and FRESH: Cheese

Cheese is a wonderful thing. It's found in the different dishes that we love from pizza to everything else. Lucky me that I was able to try out PURE and FRESH Cheese. From HACIENDA MACALAUAN, they produce different dairy products. All with no preservatives. As such, we are assured of fresh and and premium products.

The cottage cheese was smooth and soft. Flavor was natural and pretty much what you would expect. The only difference was that this as with any dairy products from Macalauan, is that its made with no preservatives. Just the way I like.  Perfect with a piece of pandesal or on top of a salad.

Ricotta Cheese was at first glance grainy, but it went in my mouth smoothly. A little salty but perfect as a topping on anything.

PURE and FRESH is pretty much a home grown product that made its way to the market. Supporting locally made dairy products is just awesome. Aside from these cheese products, they also have amazing drinks from flavored milks to yoghurt. Just remember though, these products won't last long, so eat them up or drink them fast. Don't worry they're pretty much healthy!
