QUICKIE: THE BALDBAKER'S Cookies and More

It was totally unexpected. A package for me. From the BALD BAKER at that.
CY, as his friends call him, is the guy behind the BALD BAKER. Yes he is bald and yes he is a baker.
HE started small but now look at him. With just a few cookies in mind, he went on some bazaars to let others try his innovative creations. From there he invested more time, effort and love into his baking and made more goodies for us cookie monsters to enjoy. Not just cookies but this time, even loaves!!!
Pictured above are some of his creations. The BLACK SESAME MATCHALLOWS are
soft and chewy matcha flavored cookie balanced off with roasted black sesame and white chocolate.
The CHOCOLLOWS are soft & chewy cookie with crispy sugary edges, generously loaded with an equal mix of semi-sweet, bittersweet, and dark chocolate. Topped with a looooot of marshmallow.
One of my favorites though would be the COMPOST COOKIE. Every damn thing is there!!! It is a chewy vanilla cookie loaded with anything and everything - Cacao Nibs, Dark Chocolate Coins, Butterscotch, Dark Chocolate Droplets, Chocolate Covered Rice Krispies, Ruffles Potato Chips, Pretzels, Graham Cracker Crumbs, Oreo Bits, Rolled Oats, Marshmallows, and Salted Caramel. It is just too much to handle!
If you are going for that "I'm on a diet" mode, go for the OATMEAL & FLAXSEED Cookie. It is a chunky & chewy molasses flavored oatmeal cookie amped up with rolled oats and flax seeds. Not too sweet and just right.
For those junkfood junkies, the Ritz & Ruffles is the one to get. The contrating sweet and salty flavor makes this one perfect. Yes, it is loaded with Ritz crackers and Ruffles Potato Chips. It is laced with white chocolate and a sprinkle of smoky bacon salt.
I'm a huge Banana guy so I enjoyed the CHOCOCHIP BANANA LOAF. It was super moist! IT has a sour cream based and is loaded with bananas worth 1KG (per batch made) and level uped with a mix of choco chips. Finished off with brûlée banana slivers.
One thing that made me love THE BALDBAKER was that he had an awesome packaging system. Making sure that his products stay moist or crunchy or what ever it needs to be until you are ready to eat them all up.

The BALD BAKER started out as a dream. Something small. With just cookies in mind. Now.. he is whipping up a storm. From a few cookies to a lot of varieties and even loaves of bread. Incredible. Congrats bro!!!
