When it comes to culture, Filipinos generally honor and tend to go back from where they come from. At MAX'S, it mixes tradition and good old fashion innovation.
Recently, Max's has not just become a household name. Rather, it has diversified and grown into a beautiful butterfly. It has taken over other restaurant chains and even ventured into the hotel business with MERANTI (You could check out MERANTI HOTEL here.)
By serving honest to goodness dishes, one can't go wrong with MAX'S. One could start off with some pinakbet or mixed vegetables in shrimp sauce. This would partner well with the crispy pata or pork knuckles. The crunchy skin is a wonderful delight.
Historically, it would be the KARE KARE that would go well with the Cripsy Pata. But with Max's, everything works well with one another.
The main star of the show would be the Classic Fried Chicken. This is Max's bread and butter. Not only is it juicy, it goes well with the Banana Ketchup.
Dessert is an amazing part of the meal. You get to try out cakes and wonderful dishes from MAX's very own bakery.
If you want something more, there is also a KRISPY KREME store ready to serve your needs. Sugar coated donuts with different flavor to get you up on your toes. Delicious.
Try out the normal glaze donut version. You get to have a baseline of everything.
If you want something to munch on and has that sweet craving, try out DEE'S GOURMET POPCORN. The flavors are wonderfully done and it gives you something more than your ordinary movie snack.
