Quickie: LADY'S CHOICE Real Chef Challenge

Who doesn't love Mayonnaise? Ever since I was a kid, almost if not all of my sandwiches and snacks has this very important ingredient. Mayonnaise. When it comes to this, there is this one brand that everyone loves. LADY'S CHOICE! 

So one afternoon, in a very special place, LADY'S CHOICE invited me to witness the launch of THE REAL CHEF CHALLENGE.

Here, CHEF BOY LOGRO, along with other chefs demonstrate the use of LADY'S CHOICE MAYONNAISE. 

Because.. REAL CHEFS use Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise.

Aside from the usual sandwiches, they demonstrated the use of this ingredient in other dishes.

Aside from that, we were asked to join in a little contest of our own. Making our own type of dip from Lady's Choice Mayonnaise.

There were a lot of ingredients to choose from that I didn't know we could use.

From different cheeses, to the use of fruits and veggies and other sauces to make a wonderful concoction. Perfect for sandwiches, dips and just about everything.

This was but a prelude to what LADY'S CHOICE is planning. The Real Chef Contest.

All you need to do is to go to www.ufs.com/realchef and follow the instructions. 

You basically just need to submit some interesting recipe that uses Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise and you could win 100,000 Php!!! With online, print and TV Features for your food service establishment! Now that's a lot!

 You could enter two categories, Hot signature dish or a salad and sandwich combo.

LADY'S CHOICE REAL MAYONNAISE has been in the country for years. Ever since I was a kid, I already knew the smell and the taste of this mayonnaise right from the get go. Definitely, this contest of theirs would help a lot of starting and up and coming establishments and chefs to showcase their talents.
