Something delicious comes with BROTZEIT'S CHINESE NEW YEAR PLATTER. Only available until FEBRUARY 5, 2017 SUNDAY, this huge selection is good for 3 to 4 people and is perfect to partner with anything alcoholic.
Trying it out in BROTZEIT'S newest branch in SHANGRI-LA FORT BGC, one can never go wrong with anything on the menu. The whole thing goes perfectly well with their top class beers. Personally, flavored ones like the cranberry, mango and even spiked with vodka and lime are great choices.

Starting off with some grilled SALMON, the saltiness works well with a bit of citrus flavor from the lemon. Very clean and smooth.

The ROASTED PORK BELLY was served with beer sauce. The skin was crunchy and the meat was moist and decadent. It was a perfect combination to the different beers that were served.
The most impressive item on the platter would have to be the ROASTED CHICKEN.
This isn't like your ordinary roadside poultry. The chicken was marinated with different sauces, herbs and stuffed with lemon. The different flavors popped out. The skin was juicy and the meat was flavorful and not dry.
Accompanying it was 3 kinds of mushrooms and a couple of sides. While the cabbage in garlic sauce was just okay, the sweet potato mash worked wonders with the meat. The mushrooms complimented everything too.
The CHINESE NEW YEAR PLATTER is only available until the end of the week. Hopefully, you guys get to try it out. Cheers!
